Troubleshoot Issue During AWDMS Setup Tool
During the installation of AWDMS, it is required to run the AWDMS setup tool once the AWDMS installation is completed. This setup tool will create a database for AWDMS which is located on your MySQL Server. However, there will be several errors which you might find when running the setup tools. The following will explain which error you should ignore and which you will need to solve before the installation is completed.
How upgrade or reinstall AWDMS program
FingerTec has launched the new Face ID5 device with the AWDMS program in 2020. Since then, we have distributed thousands of devices worldwide and released several versions of the AWDMS program to upgrade the system's performance to match the clients' requirements.
AWDMS Unable to Run or Load
AWDMS is a middleware for Smart AC1 and Face ID5 device series to connect to Ingress Software. The AWDMS act as a centralized software that hold information of the devices that is connected to it. If the AWDMS is not able to run or load, Ingress Software will not able to retrieved data and further troubleshooting and checking need to be done on AWDMS. Most of the cases for the AWDMS is not able to run or load is due to its service (BioPlatform Cache Service) is not running or unable to run or stopped. The following steps will guide on how to troubleshoot with the issue.
