Easy step by step guide

Step 1
Download the K Secure TeamViewer Quick Support Tool. OR Click link direct download from Teamviewer officer website.
Note: Skip Step 1 if you have installed Teamviewer version 15 and below.
Step 2
If you have installed Teamviewer version 12 and above, kindly ensure Teamviewer has fully exit/ closed as photo (Click photo for refer).
Note: Skip Step 2 if you have downloaded Teamviewer from Step 1.
Step 3
Run the Teamviewer Software. Get the 9-digit ~ 10-digit number in "Your ID" column & "Password" (Click photo for refer)  and inform our technical support accordingly.
Note: If your Windows is Windows XP and above, kindly ensure you select "Run as administrator". When a pop out user account control appear, kindly click "Yes" and ensure that it is "Ready to connect".
Step 4
Our Technical Support Team is connecting to your computer. Our technical support are working their best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
